Processing time

Orders are processed within [1–3] business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

Delivery times are estimates and start after your order has shipped, not when it is placed. Delays can happen during peak seasons or because of the carrier.

Carrier and tracking

Customs, duties and taxes

EU orders: All taxes are included in the price. No additional customs fees apply.
Orders outside the EU: Customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no influence on these charges.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at infinityjournalofficial@gmail.com. We can only change the address before the order has shipped. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment, and the additional shipping costs will be charged to you.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

Delayed: If your tracking has not updated for more than [7] days, contact us and we will check with the carrier.
Lost: If a package is lost, we will send a replacement or refund you after the carrier investigation is complete.
